Ongoing advice and mentoring.
If you're a founder, people ops manager, or business leader who is looking for some one on one, ongoing advice or mentoring, I am able to set up regular or ad-hoc conversations on topics of your choosing.
£250 per hour session
(Includes preparation and follow up notes)
Workshops.
Most of the people problems I've seen in my career are communication related. Running an offsite or workshop for your team, leaders, or founders might be the perfect way to get on the same page, or to make headway on a task.
Bespoke, starting at £800 per day for preparation and facilitation.
Projects.
If you've got a few niggly people projects, big or small, I am sure I can help. So much of what seems insurmountable when you have a small, or no people team, can be easily resolved with some experienced input.
£650 per day
Speaking Fees.
If you would like me to speak at your conference or event, I'd be more than happy to prepare a bespoke key-note, or come prepared to host a panel. My rates here are flexible depending on time spent and requirements. Below prices are indicative only:
